Bolsix Terms of Use

Bolsix is operated by Bolsix (“Bolsix”, “we”). Contact: support@bolsix.io.

Bolsix delivers Brazilian market data to applications and AI agents: official B3 closing quotes, statements and ratios computed from CVM filings, dividends, real-estate funds (FIIs) and Central Bank macro series. Sources and formulas are described in the Methodology.

Quotes are the previous session's close, not real time. Bolsix does not provide investment advice or recommendations, and nothing the service returns is an offer or a suggestion to buy or sell any asset.

• Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
• Keep keys secret: use them server-side, never in browser code, mobile apps or public repositories. Send the key in the Authorization header, not in the URL.
• If a key leaks, delete it in the console and create another. Deleted keys stop working immediately.

The free plan allows 1,000 requests per day per key, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Above the limit the API answers 429 until the reset. Circumventing limits is not allowed, for example by creating accounts or keys in series to add up quotas.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, price, limits and billing terms will be shown before purchase and will form part of these terms.

On any plan, you may:

• Use the data in your own applications, analyses and AI agents, including commercial ones.
• Show the data to the users of your products, with the attribution “Data: Bolsix (B3, CVM, BCB)” visible next to the data or on the screen where it appears.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the data as a data product: a feed, an API, a file or a database that third parties consume instead of Bolsix.
• Use the service to build a competing market-data service, or copy the database in bulk for that purpose.
• Circumvent authentication or limits, deliberately overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Source data belongs to its sources (B3, CVM, BCB) and remains subject to their rules.

We work to keep the data correct and publish how we compute it, but it comes from public sources and goes through processing that can contain errors or delays. The service is provided “as is”: check the data before material decisions.

The free plan has no availability guarantee. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; changes that break integrations will be announced in advance whenever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolsix is not liable for investment decisions, losses or lost profits arising from use of the data, or for service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants to consumers.

We may suspend keys or accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service, with notice whenever possible. You may close your account at any time by requesting deletion at support@bolsix.io from your account's email address.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
